This would allow you to find which type of diet(s) works best for you to get lean and stay lean.

But never forget that the calorie deficit is the most important factor for losing weight. As long as you are able to comply with a diet that includes a calorie deficit and it’s healthy and safe, this may be the ideal fat burning diet for you.

In recent times some experts who design fat loss diets took the initiative to try to make the diet as customizable as possible. Therefore, while the diet may be based on a certain method it allows for individuals to tweak it to fit their needs and preferences in an optimal way.
